We are delighted to share a special video tour of Alma Allen’s Call Me the Breeze, presented at the United States Pavilion for the 61st International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia.
Filmed by VernissageTV on May 8, 2026, the video offers an intimate look inside the historic Pavilion, capturing Allen’s extraordinary sculptural forms, distinctive materials, and the exhibition's architectural setting.
Inspired by the expansive landscapes and geological formations of the Americas, Call Me the Breeze explores the relationship between nature, material, and artistic expression. Working with bronze, American walnut burl, and Colorado Yule marble, Allen creates sculptural forms that invite curiosity, contemplation, and discovery.
We extend our sincere appreciation to VernissageTV for documenting the exhibition and making this experience accessible to audiences around the world.
We invite you to enjoy this beautiful look inside the United States Pavilion.
